10 WORKOUTS YOU CAN DO ON VACATION

  2. Push-ups: Start in a plank position, with your hands shoulder-width apart. Lower your chest down towards the ground, keeping your elbows close to your body. Push back up to the starting position. Complete 3 sets of 10 reps.
  3. Lunges: Start with your feet together and step forward with one foot, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. Push back up to the starting position and repeat with the other leg. Complete 3 sets of 10 reps per leg.
  4. Plank: Start in a push-up position, with your elbows bent at a 90-degree angle. Keep your core tight and hold this position for 30-60 seconds. Complete 3 sets.
  5. Mountain climbers: Start in a push-up position, with your hands shoulder-width apart. Bring your right knee towards your chest, and then quickly switch to bring your left knee towards your chest. Continue alternating for 30 seconds. Rest for 15 seconds, and then repeat for 3 sets.
  6. Jumping jacks: Stand with your feet together and your arms by your sides. Jump your feet out to the sides, while simultaneously raising your arms above your head. Jump back to the starting position and repeat for 30 seconds. Rest for 15 seconds, and then repeat for 3 sets.
  7. Burpees: Start in a standing position, and then lower your body down into a push-up position. Complete a push-up, and then jump your feet up to your hands. Jump up as high as you can, and then return to the starting position. Complete 3 sets of 10 reps.
  8. Tricep dips: Find a sturdy bench or chair and sit down on the edge. Place your hands on the edge of the bench or chair, and slide your body off the edge. Lower your body down towards the ground, keeping your elbows close to your body. Push back up to the starting position. Complete 3 sets of 10 reps.
  9. High knees: Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Quickly lift one knee towards your chest, and then alternate legs. Continue alternating for 30 seconds. Rest for 15 seconds, and then repeat for 3 sets.
  10. **Bicycle crunches
