Varsity – Youth Program
This program is suitable for teens of all athletic abilities who are motivated to improve general fitness and sports performance through Endurance, Strength, Power, Speed, Co-ordination, and Accuracy. We teach the importance of fitness as well as building team work, communication and skill development.
